Yes things break, that is the world we live in and the fault of the company that makes the product, but this store and their team is amazing! They go above and beyond to take care of their clients!

We called Ruffonis and in just a day or so they were on site and the washer was fixed. The repair man was awesome, super nice, and knew what he was doing. We would recommend Ruffonis to anyone.
