  They dont stay track on things. My mom has ran into the same problem many times now. She will go on the phone and as to cancel something on her bill, and they will say okay. Although when she saw the next bill it wasn’t canceled. She called again and they apologized, YET THEY STILL DIDNT CANCEL IT. It takes 3 calls to cancel something? Really? And we were waiting for someone to provide to us a cable box for my grandmas new tv, we called once and they said in a week. We waited a week and nothing happened, then 2 weeks went by and my mom called and they had the nerve to say WE DIDNT RESERVE ANYTHING. We had to reserve another time and they finally came a week later. This is only few of the many times this has happened. Att needs to fix how they organize their events and need to be more empathetic about their mistakes.
